Anker has taken Bastille’s Threat Research vulnerability report regarding our Ultra Slim 2.4GHz Wireless Compact Keyboard very seriously. 

We are happy to inform that we haven’t received any reports or complaints concerning this issue, to date; however, we have decided to take all necessary measures to ensure that our customers’ privacy is protected. From today until August 30th, Anker will be offering all owners of the affected product a free exchange for one of our Bluetooth Ultra Compact Slim Profile Keyboards with rechargeable battery, provided it is still under warranty. To make the exchange, please contact our support team at [email protected]. 

Additionally, we have decided to suspend sales of our Ultra Slim 2.4gHz Wireless Compact Keyboard indefinitely. Protecting the privacy of our customers is our top priority.

We appreciate the efforts made by Bastille’s Threat Research team to alert us about these possible issues with our keyboard, which in turn helps us improve the quality of our products.
